PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Coffee Importers, LLC asks for your email address to validate your identity when placing an order, and to send you an invoice. We may send you emails about specials we are having, but only if you give us permission. All other information is used only to process your order.
We never sell, trade, lease, give, or rent information on our customers to other individuals or companies.
Some information submitted through our shopping cart is stored on our web server. This is limited to your name and address, so you - or we - can access your account. For your added security, your credit cad number must be entered again with each order.
Credit card information is processed with 128 bit internet security directly by Authorize.Net .We have limited access to your credit card information, and never see your credit card number or expiration date, unless given over the phone.
The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card networks (see an online payments diagram ). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

BASIC SHIPPING RATES:
Retail sales between 50 - 99 pounds are shipped free within the continental U.S. There are additional charges for more than one box per address, and all shipments to Ak., Hi., and U.S. Territories. If you desire another delivery service, we add only actual shipping costs to your invoice, with no mark-up or add-ons, other than State tax if the order is to be delivered in Texas.
On wholesale orders (100 pounds or more), customer pays only what we are charged, without mark-ups or add-ons.

There is no 2 nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipments to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses.
Torani Flavored Syrup bottles weigh three and a half pounds each. They are glass bottles. Our minimum order is six bottles, and we do not offer free shipping on Torani orders.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS:
We have a 100% replacement guarantee. Should you be unsatisfied with our coffee for any reason, please call us and receive return instructions from us. (This offer is valid only within 10 days of receipt of your order. We do not pay for return shipping or accept COD returns.)
To leave residential pick-up or delivery instructions, please leave a note on your door, rather than an electronic message given to U.P.S. or FEDEX.
All equipment returns must be in the original box, in new condition, and with all manuals, and original packaging materials intact. (If damaged, the insurance company may want to inspect the merchandise first for insurance claims.) There is a 20% restocking fee on coffeemakers and espresso machines. Should shipping damage occur during return, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. No refunds will be issued on damaged, returned equipment.
