REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

REFUNDS

We have a 100% SATISFACTION guarantee. Should you be unsatisfied with our coffee for any reason, please call us for return REFUND instructions . RETURN REFUND REQUESTS must be processed within 10 days of receipt of your order. We require that our customers pay for return shipping. We do not accept COD returns.

We require customers to ship back at least 80% of the original order of opened product to: If customer is requesting a product refund or an exchange. Any unopened product will also need to be sent in for a refund or exchange. If you are unsure of what 80% of your product is, please see table below for some examples. Upon receipt of the product we will review the request and issue credit/exchange for the prior purchase. You must make contact with Customer Service with-in 10 days upon the delivery.

1lb bag: Must return at least 12oz.
2lb bag: Must return at least 25oz. (1.6lbs)
5lb bag: Must return at least 4.5 lbs

*If you do not return any product, you will not receive any refund or be able to exchange the product.

REPLACEMENTS

If you are unhappy with anything that you receive from Coffee Importers or wish to exchange for merchandise of equal value, we are happy to exchange it for you. Exchange items will be shipped once the original item has been received and inspected. (To find how much coffee needs to be returned for an exchange, please see the "Refund Requirements").

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Coffee Importers, LLC asks for your email address to validate your identity when placing an order, and to send you an invoice. We may send you emails about specials we are having, but only if you give us permission. All other information is used only to process your order.

We never sell, trade, lease, give, or rent information on our customers to other individuals or companies.

Some information submitted through our shopping cart is stored on our web server. This is limited to your name and address, so you - or we - can access your account. For your added security, your credit cad number must be entered again with each order.

Credit card information is processed with 128 bit internet security .We have limited access to your credit card information, and never see your credit card number or expiration date, unless given over the phone.

BASIC SHIPPING RATES:

Retail sales between 50 - 99 pounds are shipped free within the continental U.S. There are additional charges for more than one box per address, and all shipments to Ak., Hi., and U.S. Territories. If you desire another delivery service, we add only actual shipping costs to your invoice, with no mark-up or add-ons, other than State tax if the order is to be delivered in Texas.

On wholesale orders (100 pounds or more), customer pays only what we are charged, without mark-ups or add-ons.

There is no 2 nd Day Air or Next Day Air shipments to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O., or F.P.O. addresses.

Torani Flavored Syrup bottles weigh three and a half pounds each. They are glass bottles. Our minimum order is six bottles, and we do not offer free shipping on Torani orders.
