A "blend" is a mixture in some percentage of more than one origin or type of coffee with at least one other.   Our blends contain up to five (5) different coffees, all roasted from Single Origin, Arabica beans. 

 

They are typically the product of what has been successful over the years in a coffee-house environment (as in our San Francisco, or California Five Star or Rise and Shine blends); although they can frequently be the result of the Roastmaster's experience, reflecting his/her knowledge of what beans complement each other when combined either by taste, smell, or texture. 

 

Although all our blends are proprietary; in quantity, we are open to produce any blend you the customer specify; and, if you are a wholesale packager, we offer you the security of knowing your blend formula will never be available to anyone but you.
