Our fresh hand-crafted roasted-to-order single origin coffees have their flavoring extracts infused after roasting, but before cooling, in order to create the most intense, lasting flavors possible. The flavoring for our coffees contain no sugar, no calories, and no cholesterol.
For your sensory enjoyment, we offer 50*flavored coffees, each flavor matchless in the way it subtly and gently changes the impression of taste, rather than the taste itself. Our Roastmaster is a genius in creating these flavors without overpowering the overall brew.
Depending on flavor to hide the imperfections, some coffee suppliers use inferior beans, or Robusta beans, for their flavored coffees, because the basic Robusta bean is cheaper to buy. We use Arabica beans that are graded the top 1% of Class 1 specialty beans in the World. Therefore, from us, you get the finest beans, and for the flavor in the coffee, the most sought after and pure flavored syrups in the world.
We specialize in the “Micro Roast” of all our orders; no matter the size of the order, we roast small amounts of beans at a time, so that our Roastmaster can personally measure the temperature of the beans during roasting - not just the inside temperature of the roaster. This eliminates inconsistencies in roast depths due to outside factors such as humidity, barometric pressure, and ambient temperatures. The difference between “Micro Roasting” and other methods is like comparing fine gourmet food to cafeteria fare, or fresh baked bread to supermarket bread that has been wrapped and on the shelf all day.
