Panama
Our Panamanian Estate coffees are all single origin specialty coffees processed at the farm where they are grown, or within an area in close proximity. In Panama, specialty coffee refers to the highest quality green coffee beans roasted to their greatest flavor potential by a skilled roastmaster. Great care is given from the seedling stage through the harvest to insure there are no defects in the tree or the bean along the way to harvest. Roasting brings out each coffee’s distinctive character in the cup. Panamanian coffee is truly Gourmet Coffee.
Estate coffees come in 16 oz. color coded bags to help you remember your coffee preferences; all roasting and packaging is done in Texas where small batches are “Micro-Roasted” (even on orders of 50# or more) to insure the roast is fresh and that there is little or no left-over in the roaster for the beginning of the next roast.
These Estate coffees, although relatively unknown to the public at large, are nonetheless in very strong demand. There is not yet a large supply of the beans, so your shipment could be delayed several days to several weeks. If that occurs, we will contact you so that you may elect to wait or substitute another choice.
